Broad programmesThe School of Business offers a range of undergraduate and graduate programmes in addition to executive education and research projects. Through the BSc degree programme, students acquire a strong theoretical foundation in business administration that provides them with excellent preparation for further study. The practical application of business principles is emphasised at all levels to give students a solid ground for a successful business career. RU’s strong relationship with the business community gives students the opportunity to work closely with Icelandic companies as part of their studies. Students have the option to specialise in one of the following areas: international business and languages, finance, economics, marketing, management, and logistics and operations management. |
Undergraduate studiesThe undergraduate programme allows the flexibility of either full-time or part-time study and thereby meets the needs of mature students who want to continue with their careers along with their studies. RU’s instructional approach is characterised by interactivity, teamwork and student participation.
Postgraduate studiesThe School of Business also offers high-calibre graduate programmes in accounting, corporate finance, investment management, and MBA, where people from different backgrounds work closely together under the instruction of renowned Icelandic and international faculty from leading business schools in Europe, North America and Asia.
